Problem with Punctuation in Headlines, Most Viewed, Highest Rated

    I am having a big problem with something that you would expect should not be a problem.

    Using Mandigo template. Mac, 10.4.11 (I don’t think the Mac or OS has anything to do with this.)

    When trying to install into sidebars the widgets “Highest Rated Topics” and “Most Viewed” topics, I have problems with how those show up in the sidebar when it comes to things like apostrophes and exclamation points.

    One example might be where I will see the code “’” instead of a simple apostrophe.

    What is going on here, and what can I do to fix it???
