PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS SYNC

I have a problem with product sync with facebbok.
I have some products that are not synchronized in the catalog, I have performed the procedure removing from the sync and deleting from the catalog, but these products are still displayed on facebook.I also permanently deleted some products from the site, before doing so I had excluded the products from synchronization but some are still displayed on facebook, and they cannot be manually removed from the facebook catalog because it is closely linked to woocommerce.
I contacted facebook support and this was their response:after a thorough check with our internal department and after having exhausted all possible checks of the situation you are experiencing, I can confirm the following information:
– the loading of the products takes place only through the WooCommerce platform. Let me explain better, Facebook (Meta) right now works as if it were a mirror, what you see on WooCommerce, is reproduced on Facebook (Meta). Any changes you make on Facebook are then overwritten with the data on WooCommerce. In this case, in order to solve it, we suggest you delete the desired products, right on WooCommerce and re-synchronize the Catalog on Facebook. Once this is done, your products will correctly display with exactly the same products you see on WooCommerce.
In case, the deleted products are still displayed, I advise you to check with WooCommerce support if they have been successfully deleted from the Catalog as they may still be stuck in the system. However, we remain at your disposal.
how can we fix this problem? i have already delete the products from woocommerce?

Thank you for the thorough explanation of your issue.
Could you please delete the products from Facebook, disconnect the plugin, connect it again and try the synchronization process?
If this still does not solve the issue and old products are synced to your Facebook can you please us provide the following:
- Your site’s System Status Report.
- Are there any error logs for Facebook for WooCommerce under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? – If so please do share them with us!
You can get it by navigating to the **WooCommerce / Status** section of your site. Once there, click on the **Get system report** button and then copy it by clicking on the **Copy for support** button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Feel free to remove any sensitive information from the logs ??

Since the products were deleted in WooCommerce, I’d recommend deleting them from Facebook and sync again as we suggested previously.

But i can’t delete product from facebook, the option is disabled.
Because facebbok read only the products in woocommerce.

You can actually delete all products from your Facebook catalog using the documentation here.
Since this involves code changes, you may ask help from a developer locally if you are not comfortable making the changes following that doc.

You can use the code from this page and add it to your theme’s
functions.phpfile or you can use a plugin like Code Snippets to add the snippet to your website. Kindly follow the below steps:1. Install and Activate the Code Snippets plugin
2. Go toWP Admin > Snippets > Add new
3. Add a title for the snippet
4. Paste the code from this page there and click on “Save Changes and Activate”The code snippet will delete all products from the Facebook catalog, and the products on your WooCommerce store will not be affected by it.
