    I took a look at your site and I think this might be a jQuery problem coming from your theme. The drag and drop reorder function in the WP Catalogue uses jQuery and it is a different version from some jQuery hardcoded into your theme.

    To confirm this is the problem, please switch to the default twentytwelve theme and try it… does the reorder work now? If so, then the problem is definitely the jQuery in your theme. Please take a look here for more help with that.
