I’m having a problem that appeared recently after installing W3 plugin. Some clients are seeing sale prices that are not active. Those prices were from sales from weeks ago. When they add the product to the cart, the price displayed is the current one. But that’s giving me trouble because some clients are getting upset by this. After almost 2 years managing that woocommerce, that only started appearing after installing W3 cache. Maybe it’s a configuration issue I haven’t set correctly, but I’d like to know if that ever happened to anyone and how to solve it

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @labd12estudio

Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
Can you please share an example of the product that has the “old” price?
I’ve checked your website and I can see that Object Caching and Lazy loading are enabled.
No Page Caching detected so I am not sure where those prices are cached.
Have you tried purging the cache once you’ve changed the prices back?
Can you please also make sure you are not using any other caching system like server-side caching or any plugin?
One additional thought, It’s not recommended to use Object Caching when caching to disk especially if on a shared server.
    Thanks!
