Problem with Product options

Hi, let’s say I have 3 “product options” on articles that were already written before the update.
If I edit the article and go to your plugin section at the bottom.
I see this: https://prntscr.com/gdlkskThe former product option #1 became #2
The former product option #2 became #3
the former #3 disappeared
the new #1 is empty
