Problem with Product category ordering

I have experienced this problem a few times now that sometimes when I add a new product to woocommerce it messes up all my Product categories.
The cateory/sub category order is shown correctly in wp-admin but it now is all messed up on my shop front at https://www.smoochy.co.uk
it looks like the main category “s3x toys” has disappeared from view and most of the sub categories under it are now showing as primary categories or have disappeared completely.
This has really messed up my site and im reluctant to add any more products in case it happens again?
