    Hello.
I have a probelm with you Coming Soon plugin. I have done changes in options page. But when I am saving it shows me the last options.

Thank You for solving my problem. I don’t know what you changed on my page or what I have done wrong but now it works well. I liked your plugin.

    Thank You.

That’s bad. I’ve removed the author’s post and will review all of the authors replies now.

@richteam You logged into the user’s site and changed something? This is very serious and please do equivocate. Just a simple yes or no will suffice.

    Dear Jan Dembowski

We used TeamViewer for connecting with the user and the user saw what we have done on his page.

Your account here is now on moderation watch and I’ve gone and archived every instance of your email address in these forums.

You have been providing users with your email address and circumventing the prohibition against logging into user’s sites.

See this link for the Bad Stuff.

Here are somethings you can try instead of resorting to that behavior.

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

If this is a problem for you then please consider removing your plugin from the www.remarpro.com site and hosting it on your own site. There is nothing wrong with that and on your own site you can offer support as you please.

But not here and not like that. Please contact the plugins team via plugins [at] www.remarpro.com if you have any questions about this.
