Problem with postcode ranges

    Hi,
    after update to new woocommerce and weight based shipping + 5.3.6 I have problem with some post code ranges.
    For text I had deactivated the + version and tested with weight based shipping 5.3.8 but I have the same issue

    I have a view of settings with a lot of post codes restrictions
    I did it always on the same way.
    1) shipping zone with postcode restrictisons for example DE 27483…27499, 26737…26757
    2) DE without any for all postcodes who are not in restriction
    And now the stupid thing. After update Germany DE works well, also France but not Italy or Romania and some other.

    Do you have any idea what happens? I should update our shop.

    I did not make changes in the settings between old plugin and new version. If there is a problem with an other plugin it could not work with Germany shipping address too because there I have 3 shipping zones in the settings.

    You can not see the problem online because it is on my stage version.

    Hi,

    The issue is probably not related to Weight Based Shipping since the plugin doesn’t control shipping zones. It’s a core WooCommerce function.

    You can try the following:
    1. Deactivate WBS, and all other plugins, except WooCommerce, temporarily.
    2. Switch to the default theme temporarily.
    3. Add a built-in shipping method instead of WBS to your shipping zones, e.g., Flat Rate.
    4. If it now works correctly, it most likely means there is a conflict with either a plugin, current theme, or a custom code snippet.
    5. To check that, get things back one by one until you notice the issue is here again. Now you know the culprit.
