    I have a problem with post format, maybe it’s my configuration that is not correct.

    But:
    I have some different posts format, for facebook and twitter. for example, in “Networks” – undo “Edit post” for Facebook I have only “{content}” in the text
    – for “Edit post” for Twitter I have only “{title} {keywords}” with link format

    if I share manually the posts, these format are ok. but with auto-posting, facebook and twitter share the same: {exceprt} {keywords} with a link to article

    How can I change the edit post for auto-posting?

    We have checked this for you but we couldn’t reproduce the case as described.
    To support you as best as we can we would like to ask you some questions:

    – Which Blog2Social version do you have?
    – Which posting editor do you use? (classic/gutenberg)
    – Do you have set your post-format as image-post for Facebook and Twitter?
    – Are the settings to add hashtags automatically to your post deactivated in your Blog2Social settings?
    – Do you have Facebook and Twitter opened in another Browserwindow?

    Moreover, the post will be published as link-post if Twitter is unable to process the image. You can check your image settings for Twitter and other networks with our quick checklists:

    I want to publish with link-post on twitter, cards works because if I try to share manually, the post is with “cards”. But when the post is shared with “auto-posting”, I have this result:

    I dont know why, in this case:

    auto-posting worked, settings were the same. However for most of the cases, dont work.

    For your questions:
    – I have the 5.6.1
    – I use classic editor
    – Yes, I have different post format on Twitter and FB, but with auto-posting the result is different
    – No it was active. Now I have unchecked it and I will try again (but if I wont post, means that dont have worked
    – No they are not opened

    However, I have tried to post with “Are the settings to add hashtags automatically to your post deactivated in your Blog2Social settings?” deactivated, but still not work.

    Looking with mobile version, I saw that B2S Auto-Posting put also the image (as pic.twitter.com) after the link and that is the problem (because twitter caught the image and not the link)

    We have taken a deeper look into your posts you forwarded to us as an example and we have seen, that one post was published by using “image format” and the other post was posted by using the “link post” format.

    When using the “image post” format the card informations are not being taken by Twitter.
    Would you be so kind to check whether your Twitter ”post-format” setting in your network has a “blue background” and being saved?

    Just to be sure, that all changes from our last update are installed correctly, would you mind to re-install Blog2Social once on your blog? Don’t worry , it will take just a few seconds and all informations from your blog2social configuration will be kept.
    To do this, click on “Plugins” in your WordPress backend and deactivate Blog2Social. Please do NOT check the box saying ?Delete scheduled posts“. Please deactivate and delete the plugin. Please reinstall Blog2Social now by clicking on ?Plugins“ -> ?Add new“ and install the latest version of Blog2Social and activate it.
    Please let us know, if you have additional questions.

    Yes, are beeing saved. Otherwise when I share manually the posts woulde be with “image format”, instead “link-format” as they are.

    I repeat, configuration in “Networks” seems to not count, with “Auto-posting” the plugin does not share with those configurations

    The network configurations for your post-templates will be applied regardless if they are shared manually or with the auto-poster feature in your social media.

    May I ask if you have reinstalled Blog2Social as described?
    Please let us know if the configurations for your post-templates are still not applied for the auto poster after reinstalling Blog2Social.

    Now I have tried to reinstall the plugin. Only one thing changed: now there are not hashtags.

    I have de-checked this flag, as you suggested:

    but result is this:

    only “Content” with link AND image (pic.twitter.com/etc) without Title or hashtags

    with new user I have resolved. Maybe old user was broken after update 5.6.1
