Problem with Plugins

Hi,

I wanted some things to work with my theme so I asked the theme support about this and they went to the WP admin to fix it but then I received this response:

“Hi there,

I’ve inspected the website and there is something strange going on with your WordPress.

I navigated to Appearances > Plugins and it doesn’t load all the plugins for some reason.

I even went to Appearances > Themes > switched to the default theme and still nothing.

This means that it’s not our theme that is causing the issue, there is something else going on.

Please go ahead and resolve the WordPress/plugin issues, and I’ll help you out with enabling Frontend editor.”

Can someone please help me with this issue?
