Problem with plugins

My dashboard has locked up due to something in one of my plugins because whenever I click on anything I get this: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home2/zvn11510/public_html/1naturalcureforhemorrhoids.com/blog/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 277 and on my dashboard under incoming links I have this:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /home2/zvn11510/public_html/1naturalcureforhemorrhoids.com/blog/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 838, I can’t even get into my plugins to deactivate them. Please help.
