Problem with plugin release–WP isn’t showing corrected version

Hi support team,

I just released a new version of my plugin last night:

Here’s what’s wrong
1) The version shows 4.1.14, but my readme shows 4.1.14.1 (as does my main plugin file). There is a tag in SVN that is correct, but I can’t say why this isn’t updating
2) Nobody updated last night! It should have had a thousand plus updates…
3) This is the second time that happened–our second-to-last release (4.1.13.1) pushed a readme update that said we were compatible with WP 4.8, and it was showing 4.7.6 until our subsequent release (with no other change to the readme)

I haven’t changed how we’re pushing SVN updates (been doing it since 2012) so I’m wondering what has changed in the release procedures…
