Problem with plugin: open_basedir

Unfortunately the plugin bricks my WordPress upon activation:

open_basedir error…

PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\inetpub\vhosts\censoreddomain.io\www.censoreddomain.io\blog/wp-content/plugins/C:\inetpub\vhosts\censoreddomain.io\www.censoreddomain.io\blog\wp-content\plugins\_fb-instant-articles//languages/instant-articles-en_US.mo) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts//censoreddomain.io\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\censoreddomain.io\www.censoreddomain.io\blog\wp-includes\l10n.php on line 583

I’ve disabled all other plugins and this error still occurs.

Incidentally, that language file doesn’t exist? (“instant-articles-en_US.mo”)

Please help! =(
