Try disabling Jetpack. From your hosting control panel’s file manager app or via FTP, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/jetpack.

So, I’m running into this problem as well. I need Jetpack gone ASAP. I’m trying my best to either install a file manager plugin or an FTP plugin and…welp, blocked at every turn.

No idea what to do at this point. I’m getting very frustrated.

You need to delete the directory wp-content/plugins/jetpack. If you can’t figure out how to do that from your hosting control panel, contact your host and ask them to delete it for you.
