Problem with plugin

    Hello,

    I have 2 problems with WP funnels checkout.

    First problem: More specifically I install in my site another plugin “Furgonetka.pl” and this plugin it is designed to display a map of available courier points where the customer can pick up his parcel. When I go to my WP funnels checkout I see button for selections pick up, but when I click other shipping method with pick up this button does not change for this method…

    Shipping methods in which he should display:
    – Paczkomat
    – Poczta Polska
    – DPD PickUp
    – Orlen paczka

    Is there any way I can fix it?

    My second problem: When I’m in my WP Funnels checkout and I enter all my billing details I don’t go to next step, because form expects me to register account and I must enter username and password.
    Is there any way to not force my customers to register just so they can register voluntarily?

  • Hi @normanik , we will test with Furgonetka and try to find out why this could be happening and get back to you soon.

    Meanwhile, for the second scenario, if you want non-registered users to be able to place orders on your site, then you have to enable guest checkout in your WooCommerce settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy and there look for the option, ‘Allow the customer to place orders without an account” and it should let them place orders without registering or logging in.
