I understand that your product image is displaying a “?” and the image on the single product page is showing a broken picture, is this correct?
Please can you clarify the following:
- Did you upload the updated JPEG picture directly through the WooCommerce product edit page or via Dashboard → Media?
- Is the image being displayed within Dashboard → Media or does it also appear to be broken?
- Are you experiencing this issue with only one specific product, or does it occur with multiple products?
- Have you made any recent updates/changes to your site
- Did you encounter any error messages or notifications when uploading the updated picture? If so, please share these.
- Have you tried uploading a different image to the same product or a different product to see if the issue persists?
