    I just updated a jpeg picture in Woocommerce in a product and the product is giving a ? (in the product image) and the web page is showing a broken picture.

    I don’t have a link to click on to upload to pictures to show you what it looks like.

    I understand that your product image is displaying a “?” and the image on the single product page is showing a broken picture, is this correct?

    Please can you clarify the following:

    1. Did you upload the updated JPEG picture directly through the WooCommerce product edit page or via Dashboard → Media?
    2. Is the image being displayed within Dashboard → Media or does it also appear to be broken?
    3. Are you experiencing this issue with only one specific product, or does it occur with multiple products?
    4. Have you made any recent updates/changes to your site
    5. Did you encounter any error messages or notifications when uploading the updated picture? If so, please share these.
    6. Have you tried uploading a different image to the same product or a different product to see if the issue persists?
