    Hello,
Since this morning, I get this error message when logging to my website.
I didn’t change anything on it since days, so do you have any ideas where it could come from?
Unfortunately, I can’t even access my admin panel to check from the inside.

Thank you so much for your help

    Hi mutinemag,

in PHP, require_once() function is used to get the code or information a file has, so this error means that it is not there.

A solution to your problem may be to update the plugin, but u said that u delte the jetpack plugin so the error may be the same but with other plugin because the error u showed us is for the jetpack plugin only.

To help u better we need a screenshot of the new error and if u can send the url of the website will be better.

    Hei Iscato,

I just managed to reinstall jetpack, then changed the name of the folder to force desactivation

And I managed with that to access to my admin panel and delete jetpack from there.

All seems to work now, but I still don’t understand where the problem came from!
