Problem with personal account on https://www.formidablepro2pdf.com/

  • Hello,

    Urgent, my pdf’s are not generated well. See attached file. Also I can’t login to my account on the formidable2pdf account.

    I think that is the problem, an issue with the database on formidable2pdfcom

    I need a quick fix, we depend on these forms/pdfs.

    Is it possible to temporarily disable this ping function to your service or to do this once a month/week for example? It crashes every time on this ping function.
