Problem with Permalinks

I don’t know why my URL’s look like this:

https://palabradevidamexico.com/propiedad/?v=7b2879a2f19c

I’ve tried everything and my Permalinks options are set up to just show /%postname%/ but for some reason in every page WP adds / and a code just like shown in the URL above

Any ideas?
