Problem with Permalinks

The last version breaks permalinks if there is a page named /features/
The page disappears and some ugly archive of the created features takes over the link.
Disabling the plugin doesn’t restore the original link and permalinks have to be resaved.How do I make it work like it did in 1.3.x?
