Problem with PDF template

    Hi,
    I need your help. I bought your plugin and I use the ver. 2.0.0
    I have problem with creating the PDF file. I use a custom PDF form. Now I have a small Gravity Form with 2 fields. But if I fill these two field which are connected with the same two field in PDF form, there is no result in “printed” PDF file.

    Sorry, this problem resolved ?? I changed the fields in PDF template and now it works ??

    But now I have another problem. If I set the password for PDF file it is completely locked and I cannot print it or save it. Is there any way how to lock the PDF (= no possibility to change the data) but to be able to print or save it?

    I have the same problem. black40 said they resolved by changing the fields in PDF template. Please elaborate? What did you change to make this work?

    When using the password option it locks the PDF, the same thing happens in Adobe Acrobat. There are some options for allowing functions in a PDF when a password is created, We can look into seeing if there is a way to allow printing and saving the PDF when requiring a password
