Problem with PDF

First, thank you for your plugin. It generally works very well and does exactly what I was looking for. One problem: when exporting as a PDF, if there is no SKU listed for the product, then “SS” is added to the product name as the title of the PDF, like this: TITLEss. If I put a blank space in the SKU field, then the PDF puts parentheses after the title, like this: TITLE (). How can I get rid of the “ss”?

Also, is there any way to include page numbers and/or headers and/or total number of customers in the PDF?
