    Hi there!

The images are inaccessible, but just to reconfirm that I’m understanding your query, the PayPal checkout extension works correctly as per PayPal Checkout – Documentation, but the problem is that the other plugin that triggers API signal is not working on orders paid for via WooCommerce PayPal Checkout?

If yes, we’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to see what’s causing this behavior.

If this was not what you had in mind, or if you have further queries regarding this, please feel free to get back to us with:

    1. The exact steps to replicate the behavior you’re seeing
    2. A copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for working with us on this.

As Aashik mentioned, you would need to get in touch with the developer of the plugin so they can check the incompatibility with PayPal Checkout.
