    I can’t complete the purchase in the checkout…

    I tried disabling all plugins, changing the template and it still does

    disabled all kesh.

    the error was with the hosting provider (firewall)

    I understand you are having issues at checkout; it doesn’t let you complete the purchase, correct?

    If so, is this happening with a specific payment method?

    To narrow this down, let’s try the following: please try deactivating your current payment methods, then enable the Cash on Delivery payment method, and check again if the issue persists. Check more about it here: https://woo.com/document/cash-on-delivery/

    Also, to know more about your setup, kindly share with us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste your response here.
    •  Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
