Based on your description, it seems that some required information is missing in your Stripe account, which is needed for the credit card payment option to be activated on your WooCommerce site. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Stripe account at https://dashboard.stripe.com/login.
- Once logged in, you may see a notification at the top of the dashboard prompting you to complete your account setup. If you don’t see this notification, click on the Settings tab in the left-hand menu.
- In the Settings section, you’ll find a list of required information that needs to be provided for your account to be fully activated. This may include business details, personal information, and bank account information.
- Carefully review and complete all the required fields. Make sure to double-check the information you enter for accuracy.
- After providing all the necessary information, your account should be reviewed and activated by Stripe. This process may take a few minutes or up to a couple of days, depending on the complexity of your account.
Once your Stripe account is fully activated, the credit card payment option should become available on your WooCommerce site.
