Problem with pages

Hello
I have WP installed and configuret into /www/folder
SiteURL is maindomain.com/folder
WordPressURL maindomain.com/folderI’ve setup following mapping
https://domain1.com <=> https://maindomain/folder/page
if works OK
but when I go toit shows Internal server error
in Apache virtual host config everyting seems to be OK
ServerName domain1.com
DocumentRoot /www/folderwhen I go to
https://maindomain.com/folder/page2
it is OK (I see page2 content)
Please help
