Problem With Page Title

Hello there,
I had implemented the plugin in mine multisite and now the problem I am getting are –

1. If you see the link – https://goo.gl/aPLvHx, you will notice that instead of showing the page title, it is showing the 404 Error which is strange. I checked the theme with all the possible options but the problem somewhere seems to be in the plugin. Please help and suggest, what to do.

2. Since the events are showcasing in half the page, is there any way that I can utilize the sidebars of the events pages. Please help in this too.
