Problem with page layout

Thanks for providing the plugin.
I have installed the plugin on my site and found that the CSS of the page is not loading any more. https://logosquizanswers.cloudaccess.host/. I am unable to see the site as previously even after deactivating or uninstalling the plugin.
Could you please guide me how to fix this either when enabled or how to revert the changes so that the I can have a proper site as previous. Thank you
I am using wordpress 4.2.2 and have w3 total cache active
