Problem with page builder (2nd languages)

  • Hello,

    I have a license for the theme Realty real estate that allows me to enjoy the Site Builder plugin.

    My site is in English and French (I use WPML plugin), when I edit a page “page builder” for the English version it works, but when I edit a page in French, the tab “page builder” is called “undefined” and when I can not add widgets to access the edit section (the page is loading constantly).
    I do not know where it may come, is why I have asked for your help.

    We have heard from other users having issues with WPML and Page Builder. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to recreate the issue on our side yet. What I can suggest for now is temporarily disabling all plugins besides Page Builder and WPML and see if that fixes the issue.

    If it does, then you can try renabling your plugins one by one until the issue is fixed.

    You can also try contacting the developers of WPML directly to see if they can fix the issue. Perhaps it’s something they can fix on their side.
