Problem with packed domain

  • Hi all, I have a website(A) use WP and now I buy another domain(B), I want my website available on 2 domain the current and the new.
    I has been configure a packed domain for new domain on my host.
    This is my problem: When browsing my website by new domain (B) name it redirect to current domain (A).
    I don’t know how to make it work (available on 2 domain), please help me!

  • First of all, are you sure you want to do this? Google and other search engines won’t like doubling content on different domains. A wiser choice would be setting up a redirect from domain B to domain A (not vice versa, cause I believe there are sites linking to A already). Anyways, if you still want your site to be cloned on both domains, then I belive you’ll have to hardcode two wordpress settings (taken from the wp-options table) to be set depending on which domain the user has picked.
