Problem with "Override Quantity Rules with Values Below"

Hi,
I have problem with “Override Quantity Rules with Values Below”. If i set a rule and I’m going back to product settings like this:

after checking position: “Override Quantity Rules with Values Below” and making changes, the rule is not changing…
please, help me wit it…;/
