    Hello
    I have a problem with my payment status, when a customer buys by check or by bank transfer, the payment status automatically changes to “in progress” this is not normal because the customer has not yet paid physically.
    Normally when paying by check or bank transfer the status should be “pending” or “pending payment”. and after when we receive the transfer or cash the check physically that we will manually switch the order to “in progress”.

    Please help me solve the problem.
