Problem with order in url and another issue

  • My site is Crossfitvindicate.com

    I am trying to sort posts like this

    https://crossfitvindicate.com/WODnew/march/

    Instead of /WODnew/
    how can I go about changing that to something like /Workouts/

    2nd question:

    I’m using the avada theme, which I have customized. How do I decrease the white spacing between objects on the home page. Like look at the spacing between the slider, and the next item on the page. How can I decrease that?

    Try setting up a cateogry with the name Workouts and filing the relevant posts under that category.
