Problem with OceanExtra Plugin

Hi there,
Iv’e installed the plugin OceanExtra and activated it on my WordPress website using Ocean template and for some reason when I edit my posts I can not see this option: https://ps.w.org/ocean-extra/assets/screenshot-1.png?rev=1520440

PHP version: 7.2.

Iv’e used this plugin before and it worked, any idea why this option does not appear? Thanks!
