    Hey Dan,

I installed Sprout Invoices and it’s looking really interesting so far.
But it looks like I have a little problem. When trying to create an invoice or estimate I only can input 1 number in the input fields.

So for example if I want rate to be “92” it only lets me put in the “9”.

I only have this problem in rate, quantity & %.

    Thanks for the help!

What browser are you using? I can’t replicate this in Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

I also wonder if “92” is being entered but only 9 shows because the screen size is shrinking the input field.

Let me know and I can do some testing.

    What was the issue?

    Hey Dan,

No I still could not find what the problem is. Luckely it’s on a test environment.
I tested in Chrome and Safari and i’m on macbook pro 15″. So small size could not be the problem.

I made a gif animation so you can see what’s happening.
When I try to enter more then 2 numbers you see the total amount flickering.

I wonder if it’s a compatibility issue with another plugin.

Can you replicate the issue on a demo? https://playground.sproutapps.co

    What version are you using?

Thank you for getting back to me.

Yes, seems like I can replicate it on your demo pages.
I tested it in both Safari & Firefox.

I’m using the latest version of Safari, Firefox and Chrome and still do not have the same issues. Here’s a gif showing how it works for me.

I’m a bit perplexed as to how it’s possible you’re not able to enter more than a single integer.

    Hey Dan,

I found out what is causing this problem. I’m on a Macbook Pro laptop 15″.
    So I don’t have a numeric keypad, this means I got to put “shift-key + é = 2” .
But this did not seem to work for me. But entering only é whiteout clicking shift-key did work.
Also I attached an external keyboard with numeric keypad and this also worked to get numbers in.

So the problem only occurs when adding shift-key to enter a number.

Very interesting…does the current version work for you? If so please check out version 4.0 when it’s released (very soon) and get back to me.

You’re welcome but how were you able to get the release so soon? Are you a premium user?

But I opened this topic before I was premium.

    Thanks
