Problem with notifications

    Hi. I have installed WP Event Manager plugin and WP Event Manager – Registrations. The ability to send confirmation to the user is enabled. However, no messages arrive (also in spam). At the same time, I get other non-event notifications. To solve plugin issues less, I can constantly send notifications. Please tell me where to look for the problem with sending messages, or advise how to catch the events of the successful submission of the participant’s form in order to make your own mailing without going through the plugin? Thanks.

    Please check the settings at Admin >> Event registrations >. settings.

Now here please check on what status do you want the notification should be sent. 

 If its on confirmed, You need to go to Admin >> Event registrations >> All registrations.

 Please change the status from New to confirmed here.
