Problem with notifications

Hello,

I have some problem with sending notifications.
Both Application Received – Applicant Notification and Application Received – Admin Notification.

The notifications are activated (set to on) and the email address is valid.
The form to submit the application is working and the application is uploaded into the plugin – but no notifications is sent..

What am I missing or/and how can I troubleshoot? I receive all other emails sent from wordpress.
