We have a licensed version of GiveWP, I have to say that is the first time that we’ve use this plugin,
We have a big-stupid problem … we don’t know to how to force new users to enter username, password, and repeat password, before pay the donation.
We set the option ‘Registration + Login’ in the donation form settings, but when you open it, you can only see the flag ‘x Create an account’ and the link for login (‘Already have an account? Login’) but no the fields to enter username and password ….
I thought that this information was entered after you click on Sumbit Donation but no … after that the donation is created and in the givewp users database appears the new user … but no into the wordpress users …

    What are we doing wrong??
    Thanks for considering my request.

    Hi @nirmuc

(I’m pretty sure you also asked this in our facebook group and we answered there, but for the sake of folks who might also want the answer, I am replying here!)

When a user is created, it all happens in the background during the donation. Registration details are sent via email (you can configure that email at Donations > Settings > Emails) and that’s when the donor sets their password.

This reduces friction at the moment of donation, which means more donations!

If they don’t check the box, they won’t be added as a WP user. If you have a link to where I can see the form live, I am happy to check and make sure things look correct.
