Hello makers of the W3 Total Cache Plugin,

After today’s update, my website didn’t work anymore. I didn’t see the menu’s and design but only text. After deactivating your plugin, the problem was solved. So something seems to go wrong with this update.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,
Notices can be ignored. Warnings are not the reason for blank pages either, but you should check if that plugin really doesn’t exist anymore because the logs state that there is a file wp-content/plugins/autochimp/autochimp.php

Can you please contact your server provider and ask where you can find that server PHP logs?
    THanks

    Sorry for the late reply.

But you should check if that plugin really doesn’t exist anymore because the logs state that there is a file wp-content/plugins/autochimp/autochimp.php

That only showed up once as I just deleted that plugin. It’s definitely gone for good.

Can you please contact your server provider and ask where you can find that server PHP logs?

They showed me some gz files (for example “dav.log.15.2.gz”) in a logs folder, but I don’t think they’ll help as they look pretty much like this:

    ?~t?\dav.log.15.2 Ná
    ?0???’E??·?só?A§??à?x?Y±l?2??TNrH é?$’,£1$’J?òù¨?8I?0??SHt?èV6E±W,Y`B?h?èoN^μμ?UYSVo–¥{@”w_S×5??üR?o×}?-mu
    o`wàìeí;??’FètY1ty2?|?7÷Q}(t?áà7A0’?

I installed a plugin called “Error Log Monitor” which shows errors on my admin’s dashboard. But here’s also nothing new to see:

Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /homepages/7/d249885565/htdocs/dennisknickel.com/wp-content/themes/beach_apollo/advance/apollo13.php on line 173

    Hm…

    Hello @kenika,

.gz files are gzipped. you should unzip those files before trying to read them
That’s why you’re seeing weird characters, as the files are sort of encoded to become smaller

    Hello @kenika,

What you share is an access log. We need the error log. Sorry if I was not clear about that.

    There’s no error log file. It’s only access.log, dav.log & sftp.log.

Do you maybe rather want a temporary admin access to my site to check it yourself?
