Can you please try to disable this plugin and see if this works?

Otherwise, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this resolves the issue?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

We disabled every plugin, changed the theme to StoreFront, and we still had same issue.

I took another look at your site’s setup and things are not lining up.

The emails mentioned should only be sent if you don’t allow customers to assign passwords when registering but I can see that’s not the case as you have a password field here, so the fact that you’re receiving these emails is a problem in the first place.

Is the registration page handled by a third-party plugin?

Could you also share a screenshot of your account and privacy settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy?
