Problem with modal and "specials mail tags

Hello, the problem I have is this.
I have created a contact form, and as a subjet assigned the value “[_post_title]”.
The contact form I loaded with “easy modal”.
When i complete the form, the form comes to my email, but the subject field, does not come with the article name, comes with “[_post_title] “.
he problem only happens when modal use.
When the form is inserted into the html I have no problems.
