problem with mobile wpbakey page builder uses of columns for products issue

your great theme i'm testing before to buy
hello using wpbakery page builder on my site with
for example products shortcode or product or product in category...

if i put 5 columns to show 5 products for example in desktop shows 5
in mobile shows also 5 not following directives of 2 columns..
so remain the same not following directive
so the products will be very mall and text long vertical so useless
i test another theme  only to mention with a synonym
"FREEZEDWATER"
it manage correctly on mobile in 2 columns... without making changes on wpbakery code for responsiveness..
have you test this behaviour by your side?thanks
