Problem with mobile version

Thank you for posting your issue.
As we checked you have a preloader enabled on the homepage of your website.
10Web Booster Delay JS functionality delays your JS files and attaches them after the user interacts with the page (hover/scroll/click)
That is why the page stays on the preloader’s progress bar till you scroll down.
Please try to disable the preloader and let us know if this fixed the issue.

It’s true with preloader, but I have preloaders on every website. I can disable it only on PC version of website from code. I can’t find a way to disable anything in mobile version of any websites. I don’t know where there files/functions are (wordpress).

Can we solve this in any other way?

Thank you for the update.
The best practice would be to try and disable the preloader, but as you mentioned you are not able to do that at this moment we have enabled an option on all of your website to load the JS files automatically, without waiting for the user’s interaction.

I have a still problem:

On mobile (and PC) https://kchwcz-worship.czest.pl when I open other page (contact) and go back to main page then I’m not see all images…

On other websites still see progress bar…

Thanks for your patience.

Please, note that we still recommend disabling the pre-loader, as it will not only create issues on your website, but also have a negative impact on the website speed. Your theme support should be able to help with the deactivation, as pre-loaders are mostly an option from the theme if not added manually via a plugin.

We have checked all your websites. Let me go over each website separately.

https://kosciol.czest.pl/ website has both Cloudflare and hosting cache enabled, which makes it impossible for us to clear the website cache and troubleshoot. Will you please temporarily disable hosting cache and enable Cloudflare plugin, so that we can flush the website cache?

For https://dream-apps.pl/ website, please, clear your hosting cache and you should not face the issue anymore. However as mentioned above this change will have a negative impact on your website speed.

The issues on https://snyiwizje.pl/ website should be solved.

I was not able to reproduce the issue with images on https://kchwcz-worship.czest.pl/ website. Will you please provide us with a recording so that we can reproduce the issue and check further?

Can you disable this pre-loader on my wordpress websites? I can give you access or just instruct me how based on one website? All website pre-loader freeze is fixed now but speed optimalization for mobile is not so good.

https://kosciol.czest.pl/?website has now only Cloudflare cache. Mobile speed is only 20! Nginx cache disabled

For?https://dream-apps.pl/?website I clear cache, but mobile speed is only 45

For?https://snyiwizje.pl/ I have mobile speed is max 30. website has now only Cloudflare cache. Nginx cache disabled.

For https://kchwcz-worship.czest.pl/ I have mobile speed is 60 and this is ok for me. Only with this website I’m happy with result.

How can I remove delayed JS from my website?
