Problem with minification. How to declare vars

Hi Frank, first let me congratule you for the great plugin and for giving it totally free ( I saw your no donote link).
I got one of my plugins that gives a undefined variable error when minified ( over my minified version) and no error over the non minified version (debug mode in my plugin) but is not working. As Im not a javascript expert I want to ask why could be this happening or how to prevent it, maybe im declaring something wrong for minification.
