Problem with migration

So I had an install running on something like domain.com/newwebsite/. Once we got everything set up, I migrated it to newwesite.com. I copied over all the files and restored the database from a backup of the one that was working. I can get to the admin panel just fine, I changed the wp_options table and all, but I have an issue now that when I click any of the links that were working like domain.com/newwebsite/home/artists it doesn’t work on the new site. I.e. newwebsite.com/home/artists gives me a 500 error. Can anyone think as to what the problem might be?
