    Hi!

I have created a popup with this sensational plugin that they have developed, but it is the first time that I have problems with it.

The plugin launches when you load the web only at home, but it breaks the menu styles in some way. When you browse the web you can see that the menu has a high font weight but not at home. When I deactivate the plugin everything returns to normal.

    How can i fix this?

    Thank you!!

Hi @alexcitos19, sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

I viewed your website and upon checking the inner pages, I see the menu has a high font-weight. Screenshot here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uO4b8l

However, when I checked the Homepage it has the same menu. See this screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NuXkP6j

Since I cannot replicate your issue, could you please try to delete/purge all browsers’ cache and caching plugin cache to see if the issue will still persist? You can also try it in a different browser or in incognito mode as well.?Or, you can try to deactivate the caching plugin (if you have any) temporarily from your end to see if that helps.?

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link:?https://wppopupmaker.com/support/?Thank you.

    Hi, Maria!

I already tried uninstalling the plugin, also clearing the site cache.
Maybe I did not make myself understood, I explain better.
The menu is not as such, it is the submenu and its next levels. If you look at home when displaying a submenu, the font appears thin, but if you browse elsewhere on the site, the submenu has a thicker font, I agreed with what was initially configured for the entire web.

    home: https://www.fecoycia.com/
Another page of the site: https://www.fecoycia.com/cocina-modular-a-la-medida/

Observe the behavior of the submenu, they are different.

    Thank you!
