Problem with menu location

  • Hi

    I created several menus (French and English).
    In the “manage locations” part, I assigned them to different places (topbar, primary menu…).

    If I make a change in a menu, all GB menus have lost their locations and I have to reassign them to the right place.
    I disabled all plugins and the problem remains.
    My theme is PORTO (premium theme) and the creators of the theme tell me that it doesn’t come from the theme but from the Polylang plugin…`

    Thank you for your reply.

    Indeed, I use Polylang with another premium theme (ESSENTIAL) and when I modify a menu, the menu locations in the manage locations part remain well saved.

    This is exactly what I answered to the authors of the PORTO theme. But their answer was: “This issue is related to the Polylang plugin not the theme issue. Please ask the plugin author to check and solve this issue. Because the menu is the part of the default WP not the theme.”

    I do not know what to do !

    Can you already help me to know if the problem comes from the plugin or from the theme?
