• Hello, I am having trouble with my menus. I am using a one page template for my website, except for the blogs. The menu works fine on the home page (https://ellie-herring.com) but stops working when you click on any of the blog posts/read all blogs button. (https://ellie-herring.com/blog/). I think this has something to do with the anchors. The menu items are written out like this “https://ellie-herring.com/#about” and from what I’ve read, anchors on WordPress only work on the current page you are on, thus creating a problem when I go to the blog page that does not have these anchors on it. I tried using a plugin that allows for the creation of an additional menu so I could create a separate menu for the blogs page, but that did not work either. What is the solution to this? I would ideally like the menu to remain the same on the blog posts and blog page, and when the menu item is clicked on the blogs page, it returns back to the home page and scrolls to the menu item the user has clicked on. I hope this makes sense. If not, let me know and I can clarify. I removed all 3rd party plugins and that didn’t help either. I have also tried contacting the theme creator with no help so far, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
