problem with menu

Hello!
I download WP clobus and made w-side on en and ruproblem 1 – I tried to do menu on rissian and english, but menu have two section (Mexica and Russian) with subsetion in each section (categories).

problem 2 – on Russian page language menu moved left and I cant see first section “Mexica”

problem 3 – the icon with en and ru flag avtomaticly located on main menu location. How I can move it to second location (top of the page where it is usually locat on the w-sites)
