Recent problem: Orders apear without customer details when completed Example 1, Example order details , Email notification message. I have made multiple debugging tests after noticing the bug. First I’ve disabled the entire plugin and the bug disappeared after testing with test orders. Then I’ve enabled the plugin and started debugging by switching options one by one and testing with test orders, until I’ve disabled “Memcache” option and the problem was resolved, also I’ve noticed that the “Minify the HTML Output” option (after latest updates) also crashes both of my sites they use similar configurations and share one hosting plan.

For the memcached integration, I would recommend to keep it off. It seems that some of the plugins you have fail to work properly with persistant object caching and I am afraid there isn’t much on our end that we can do. I would recommend getting a dev to debug the queries and contact the Woo plugins authors that are misbehaving.

As to your other question there haven’t been any changes in the HTML Minification since we’ve launched the service. Again, it seems a plugin or a theme update is causing issues. Check if your theme or something else doesn’t try to minify the output before our plugin does. Usually, this happens when there’s duplication of functionality.
